Could you build an with a RC model engine?

I have seen a 19.5 hp RC model engine for 1/2 scale a/c. Some Ultralights that I have also seen fly on as little as 20 hp.

What if you built a twin engine plane like the French CRICRI, could you power it with an RC engine of the same hp and has anyone done it?

It seems like an enticing proposition considering the price of Lsa Aircraft.

The CriCri uses 2 regular 10hp chain-saw engines (which are also used in large R/C scale models). I think 2x20hp is a bit much, though! All CriCri's use these engines, but at least one flies with AMT R/C jet engines.
